Stop juggling separate calls for mowing, cleanup, and feeding your lawn. Pick one plan and Sod & Soil Lawncare handles the rest — we build the schedule, send the crew, and make sure every visit lands on time. It's one less thing on your plate, and it means your yard gets the consistent attention it actually needs instead of catching up after the fact.
Most people don't want to spend their weekend figuring out what their lawn needs and when. Our maintenance plans take that decision-making off your hands entirely — no researching seasonal timing, no juggling separate bookings, no keeping a mental calendar of what's due next.
We run on a calendar-driven system that lays out the whole year of lawn care in advance. Each visit gets scheduled around what your lawn typically needs during that stretch of the season, so the right service shows up automatically instead of you having to request it every time.
It's all wrapped into one flat monthly rate, so there's no separate invoice to track down after every single visit. The whole point is to make lawn care something you don't have to think about — on the calendar or on the bill.

Every seasonal visit is already on the calendar well in advance, so there's no need to remember dates or make a single follow-up call. Your service just happens, consistently and on time, all year long.
Instead of separate receipts piling up for every visit, you get one predictable invoice each month. Less paperwork, easier budgeting, and a much clearer view of what you're actually spending on lawn care.
Add a service, drop one, or pause the whole plan whenever your situation changes — the plan bends to fit what you actually need this season, not the other way around.
One dedicated team handles your property all year, which means they get to know its quirks, its trouble spots, and what it needs as the seasons change.
Plans are still a newer idea for a lot of Addis, LA homeowners. Here's what people usually want to know before signing up.
Your rate comes down to three things: the size of your lawn, which services you choose, and how often each one needs to happen. We combine those into one flat monthly number, spread evenly across the whole plan year so your bill doesn't spike or dip season to season.
Definitely. Every plan starts from a base template covering the core services, and from there you can add optional extras during signup based on what your property needs — things like sprinkler installation or tree care. It's built to flex around you from day one.
You can pause your plan anytime right from your online account — handy for a vacation or a seasonal break when you don't need service running. There's no fee to pause, and you can pick it back up whenever you're ready.
No long-term contract here — plans run month to month, and you're only billed for the cycle you're in. You can cancel whenever you like, just make sure it's at least 48 hours before your next billing date so you're not charged for the upcoming cycle.
If weather gets in the way of a scheduled visit, we rebook it within the same week at no extra cost to plan members. It's automatic on our end — you don't have to call in or ask, though the new time does depend on what's available that week.
Homeowners who switched from booking individual services to a year-round plan told us what actually changed for them.
I used to call around to different companies for mowing, fertilizer, and leaf pickup at different times of year. Now it's one plan, one monthly charge, one crew. I genuinely haven't had to think about scheduling lawn care in two years. Worth every dollar.
Paused my plan for two months last summer while we were traveling, then picked it right back up — no fees, no awkward calls, and the same crew just resumed like nothing happened. Knowing I could pause without a hassle is honestly what got me to sign up in the first place.
The pricing has been exactly what I budgeted for, down to the dollar. No surprise add-on charges, no random spring or fall fees tacked on. If you like knowing your costs ahead of time, this plan setup just makes sense.
